A highly pigmented eyeliner formulated to gently define the eyes while leaving a velvety finish. Soft and pliable for easy blending and smudging, this pencil sets quickly to a waterproof, smudge proof and transfer finish. The active ingredients provide a moisturizing effect. Use on the waterline for an eye-catching effect.

TIPS AND TRICKS

To make application easier, use a Q-Tip to wipe the waterline, then warm up the product and apply carefully. This product makes it possible to create very subtle, smokey makeup looks. Apply it along the waterline and then smudge it out with a brush, e.g. 49SS. You must act quickly and decisively, because Kohl becomes extremely durable after it dries out.
