Shipping and delivery
INGLOT packages are usually delivered to your mailbox within 2-4 days of receiving your order. The post office notifies you when the package is on its way and when it has been delivered. For larger packages, these are delivered to the nearest post office and can be picked up from there.
You have 7 days to pick up your package at your nearest post office. If you do not, it will be returned to us. These are Posten Norge's regulations. In addition, you will be billed for shipping costs.
For all orders up to NOK 500, - the shipping price is fixed at only NOK 49, -, normally these packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. For all orders over NOK 500, - this shipping method is free. You can choose to pay for more expensive shipping methods such as parcels delivered to a specific pick-up point in your local area, or parcels delivered to your door. Both of these alternatives have a higher degree of traceability along the way and cost NOK 149 and NOK 199, respectively.

After you have placed your order with us, you will receive an e-mail that contains information regarding the details of your order.
Your confirmation e-mail will include your order number, the details of the products and prices, any promotions and your delivery costs and address, as well as billing address.
Once your order is in the 'Processing' or 'Shipped' stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.
If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order, we ask you to please check your spam folder.
If you still cannot find your confirmation order, or would like it re-issued please e-mail kontakt@inglot.no. Please include your order number if possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order and tracking number if available. Please note that for smaller items, there may not be any tracking.
Most orders containing smaller items are shipped as "Pakke i Postkassen" with Posten Norge. these have limited tracking, but are the fastest way of shipping. And these will be delivered right to your postbox at home.
Larger items may be sent to your local pick-up point. In such case, you will receive a tracking number, and Posten will notify you when the package is ready to be picked up. You will then have 7 days to pick up the package, otherwise it will be returned to us.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control over the postage after the packages leave our warehouse. Use the tracking number provided and contact Posten Norge regarding your missing package. Or you can contact us. Please provide your order number when sending an inquiry to us.
