DELIVERY
Normally, the goods are delivered to your mailbox within 2-4 days from when we have received your order. The post office notifies you when the package is on its way and when it has been delivered. For larger packages, these are delivered to the nearest post office and can be collected from there.
You have two weeks to collect your parcel at your nearest post office. If you don't, it will be returned to us. These are Posten's regulations. In addition, you will be invoiced for shipping costs.
PAYMENT
For all orders up to NOK 300, the shipping price is fixed at only NOK 49, normally these packages are delivered directly to your mailbox. For all orders over NOK 300, this shipping method is free. You can choose to pay for more expensive shipping methods such as package delivered to a specific collection point in your local area, or package delivered to your door. Both of these options have a higher degree of traceability along the way and cost NOK 129 and NOK 199 respectively.
