Refunds and returns
If you regret your purchase, you can return items to Inglot Norge within 14 days (from the delivery date) for a full refund (angrerett).
All items will be refunded if returned within the stated time-frame and as long as they are unused, unopened and have not been removed from the original packaging. For reasons of health and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on products which are not factory sealed. We cannot accept cosmetics which have been opened, tested or partially used. This does not apply to faulty or incorrectly supplied goods where your statutory rights are unaffected. If you do receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us immediately.

Unfortunately, if you return an Inglot product, the costs and risks associated with postage are your own. We regret that we are unable to cover return postage costs or refund the original postage charges unless the return is due to our own error, therefore, original postage costs are non-refundable.
It may take up to 14 working days for your refund to appear in your bank account, counting from the day we receive the returned products.
Exchanges are not available online. Although we will be happy to assist you in returning your order and completing a new order for the new item(s) you may wish to purchase online.
If you have received a wrong or faulty product, please e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Include your order number, the name of the incorrect item you received & the name of the correct product. If you have not received part of your order please email email@example.com. Include your order number & the name of the products missing from your order.
To make changes to your order please email your required changes & your order number to firstname.lastname@example.org We request you do this as soon as possible after you have placed your order. Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot modify your order.
You can request to cancel your order. To do this please email your order number to email@example.com. Your order can be cancelled if it has not already been processed & shipped. Once your order is in the ‘Processing’ or ‘Shipped’ stage/(s), we cannot cancel or modify your order.
